ICT Systems Administrator
This is fantastic opportunity to work for an organisation who are currently starting up an exciting new partnership venture. We are seeking a candidate who has previous experience providing first line support for all IT issues, is a proficient user of Microsoft Office and who is confident manipulating and analysing data to produce reports. The successful candidate will be also be self-starter who is a fast learner, can pick up systems and concepts quickly and easily and who enjoys multi-tasking and working on a variety of projects simultaneously. They will also have excellent communication skills to enable them to liaise with stakeholders and partners at all levels.
Duties:
- Acting as a triage point for all ICT issues, logging tickets on behalf of staff members, escalating overdue issues, keeping track of all issues raised.
- Supporting the IT manager in the set-up of systems and acting as a point of contact for IT queries.
- Providing basic 1st line IT support.
- Analysing and interpreting data.
- Acting as a key liaison and escalation point between the organisataion and other third party organisations.
- Attending fortnightly service reviews with ICT.
- Basic administration of our Microsoft system (user maintenance, reviewing warnings and error messages).
- Project Admin – organising (and attending in some cases) project meetings. Maintaining high level project plans to provide a high-level picture of all project activity across the entire programme. Includes maintenance of a high level RAID project log.
- Producing clear and concise reports.
- Supporting the development of an on-line presence using social and professional networking sites.
- Developing SLA's.
- Liaising with Stakeholders and Partners to establish positive working partnerships.
