We are currently seeking an ERP Project Administrator who is an advanced user of technology and is a proficient user of Excel and MS Visio using project management swim lines. The role will involve working as part of a team and supporting the implementation of a new ERP system.  The successful candidate will be detail orientated and work with a high level of accuracy.

The role will involve talking to a wide variety of stakeholders to gain information, confirm details and accurately populate the system with relevant data.

The scope of the work:

Is to develop and maintain business process documentations using Visio that will be used as reference for current ASIS business activities and identify common segments of work practices throughout the group.

The Role Requirements:

Proficient user of Microsoft Visio 2016.

Previous BPM experience will be an advantage.

Engage with cross-functional ERP Project Team to create or Enrich Business Processes.

Management workflows using Swim-Lanes methodology.

Conduct process interviews with SME’s to complete and sign off workflows.

Update existing portfolio of business processes to meet changing business needs.

Experience within the Commodity Trading and/or Food industry would be advantageous.

You will need to be a car owner, driver to commute to and from work.
