We have new opportunities available for a great client of ours on the outskirts of Bishop’s Stortford.

Due to the location, you will need to have access to your own transport.

There are part time and full-time opportunities available (30hrs and 37.5hrs) They have a permanent and maternity contract available. For the maternity contract, you must be available to start work immediately.

They are seeking an efficient and organised HR Administrator along with a Training Administrator. You will need to be used to working on a fact paced and demanding environment, where you will need to multitask and prioritise effectively.

One role supports the Staff Development team and the other is based in a busy HR Operations team. You will help to provide a high-quality administrative service. This will be a busy and varied role, you’ll be preparing and co-ordinating training materials, providing reports, inputting data and setting up rooms for training. You will also assist with recruitment and employee relations activity. No day will be the same as you arrange meetings, take notes and keep our employee records accurate and up to date.

They are looking for someone who loves to work proactively and use their initiative. You will be an expert in all things Microsoft and highly proficient in using IT systems. Creating reports is key so it’s essential you are highly proficient at using Excel. You’ll be the first point of contact for both staff and external agencies, so you’ll need to be able to communicate effectively at all levels. If you have excellent organisational skills, can manage your workload effectively and have some experience in an administration role, we want to hear from you.
