Mosaic Recruitment are working with a new branch of an established wholesale organisation based in Harlow who are looking to expand their sales team.
My client is offering an extremely competitive package along with training and development opportunities.
The successful candidate will be managing and growing a database of customers to which, they will be selling good quality products and service.
The role is a full time – initially temp to perm working Monday –Friday 8.30-5.00pm.
The position will suit someone with exceptional Customer Service skills rather than cold callers, you will be required to build and maintain long lasting relationships.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBLITIES:
- To maintain contact and build good relationships with the company's customers and find potential new customers.
- To develop and support product sales / market share growth in line with company objectives and targets within the business.
- To acquire the necessary selling skills, product knowledge and understanding of company policy in consultation with the Sales Manager and to present in a business manner the correct information during a sales contact.
- To build relationships with new and existing customers.
- To generate and follow up quotations.
- To process orders on SAP.
- To ensure adequate contact coverage of the designated customers both internal and external, in line with company objectives.
- To report on a regular basis to the Sales Manager on market trends, competitor activities and matters affecting company products and policy.
- To represent the company in a business-like manner and to maintain a standard of dress and appearance in keeping with the job and position within the company.
- To support the Sales Manager in the pursuit of new sales opportunities.
- Any adhoc duties as required by the Sales Manager.
