Description

We have an attractive opportunity available for an all rounded candidate who is happy to work in a varied position for our client who are based in Harlow.

The position will be split across Customer Service, Sales and Marketing. You will be confident speaking to existing customers dealing with any queries and providing advice to them, as well as speaking with new customers and up selling/cross selling to gain new business.

You will also work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing campaigns.

They are offering a competitive salary and an excellent working environment. The hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Help reach the sales and marketing objectives and goals.
  • Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, live chat, social media or email.
  • Sell the benefits of our clients products and services and encourage them to sign up.
  • Deliver sales revenue through inbound upselling/cross selling and outbound sales.
  • Always deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Create content plans, develop content (including some graphics and copy) and use the content across channels to meet the campaigns objectives.
    • Liaise with design resources to ensure assets are readily available.
    • Build and schedule sales and marketing prospect and customer emails, optimising for best performance.  
    • Use customer insights to influence customer journey, product and service enhancements.
    • Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients.
      • Use the CMS to keep the websites up to date with current and relevant content.
      • Due to the nature of the role, you will be required from time to time to work outside of office hours.
      • Other duties as required. 

The successful candidate will have 1 – 2 years’ relevant experience, be proactive, reliable, responsible with excellent attention to detail.

You will have great written and verbal communication skills and have an interest in marketing.
