- Description
We are currently working with a very well-established client in Hatfield who are looking for a Training Administrator to join their modern and friendly offices. This is a temporary contract which we envisage to last for at least 6 months.
This role will require the successful candidate to work Monday – Friday between 9am – 5pm.
Responsibilities- Handling customer training course enquiries by phone or email
- Ensuring the suitability of course candidates to the courses they request enrolment on ensuring that all qualifying criteria has been met
- Communicating course details to candidates when required such as changes to programme dates or location
- Billing customers for courses attended or liaising with internal departments for use of free training days
- Issuing confirmation to candidates of relevant bookings for courses and materials such as monitor tools
- Ensuring course material and equipment is issued to the correct training centre for the training course
- Compiling statistical data for the Academy Manager to analyse trends/performance of the training department
- Checking the week before attendances to ensure that all relevant participants will be attending
- Arranging lunches for all courses
- Cancelling insufficiently subscribed courses advising both delegates and trainers in good time
- Booking of training rooms
- Issue certificates when required to successful candidates
- Send link to Survey Monkey for feedback on all admin queries
- Checking on survey feedback and cascading any complaints to the training manager and using this data to suggest improvements to processes and procedures
- Ordering monitor tools
- Ordering folders/pens via marketing department
- Supporting the team with creating schedule of training dates for quarterly blocks
- Updating website with new dates or change of dates to the training schedule
- Answering any general queries via phone and email
- Identifying potential improvements that can be made to the training administration processes
- Supporting the implementation of a new system by updating historic training records and piloting new administration processes
Key Skills and Competencies
- Previous experience in an administration role
- The ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Good customer skills
