Mosaic Recruitment are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Coordinator to join our client based in Hoddesdon.
As an internal sales coordinator you will be responsible for responding to all inbound sales enquiries which would include raising quotations, providing technical information/troubleshooting as well as following up on all sales leads.
Key responsibilities and duties:
Understand customer needs and requirements
Troubleshoot customers technical queries
Respond to customer queries in a prompt and efficient manner
Prepare sales quotations based on customer requirements
Follow up on all quotations to convert into sales
Liaise with field sales reps and follow up on any leads generated
Support team in hitting monthly targets
Utilize CRM system to log and follow up all quotations
Establish and maintain lasting business relationships with existing customers
The ideal candidate will be have a technical knowledge of the lighting industry and ideally have worked in a sales environment.
The successful candidate will be a strong team player, have excellent accuracy and attention to detail whilst being able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
