We have a new role available in Harlow for an experienced Customer Service Executive.
The successful candidate will have a proven background within customer services, be numerate and have a passion to provide an excellent service to customers.
This is a full time position with excellent public transport links.
Key duties for the Customer Service Executive;
Document verification
Calculation of additional / return premiums
Processing of cancellations
Direct Debit related queries
Issuing no claims bonus and green cards
Processing payments for clients
To correctly deal with any customer queries
Post related administration
Answering queries over the phone and in writing
Having a thorough knowledge of all products
Being tenacious by being goal oriented and focused
Friendly, compassionate and understands customers’ needs
Exceeding customer expectations
Following key compliance principles
Maintaining 100% compliance through audits
Displaying excellent listening skills to identify customer needs
Communicating in a manner to develop and maintain positive relationships, mutual trust and confidence
Conveying accurate information confidently and clearly
