- Description
We are looking for a highly organised, efficient administrator to join a local professional organisation.
This is a contract position until March 2021.
You will be providing administrative and general support to the team as well as handling incoming enquiries, and co-ordinating external workshops.
The successful candidate will be IT literate, have excellent attention to detail and be a confident communicator as you will be dealing with various internal and external contacts.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Services Manager in the delivery of project and departmental objectives.
- Be the first point of contact for initial enquiries.
- Deal with initial enquiries assessors and be their main point of contact for all queries going forward.
- Booking external venues for workshops.
- Completing pre requisite checks for workshops.
- Ensuring all workshops are run in line with budget requirements.
- Process workshop bookings.
- Register candidates (where appropriate).
- Ensure all workshops are ready for delivery including pre event information and any set up of venues.
- Claim certificates as directed and distribute to delegates.
- Invigilate candidates online tests as and when required which could include the use of remote technology.
- Input data/maintain records as requested.
- Help collate data for reports.
- Provide support to other departments when necessary.
- Maintain assessment services processes and documents in line with agreed document control process.
