Description

Mosaic Recruitment are working with an established and highly reputable local estate agency who require a motivated and well-presented individual to join their sales team. 

The successful candidate will have previous estate agency sales experience and will be confident, pro-active with have the ability to work on your own initiative.

You will be required to work 5 days per week, including Saturdays.  

Duties include:

  • Initial registration of all applicants and vendors
  • Ensure systems are up to date
  • Face to face, phone and email queries
  • Book and attend viewing appointments
  • Negotiate and close deals- this is then passed onto the sales progressor  
  • Maintain and build long lasting relationships
  • Generate new business
  • Give exceptional service at every opportunity

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales (property)
  • Knowledge of the local area is highly desirable
  • Hold a clean driving license
  • Proven track record in generating new business and negotiating deals
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment but continually deliver a premium first class service.
  • Able to work under pressure whilst remaining organised and focused
