We have a new opportunity that has become available for our client who are based in Bishop’s Stortford.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrable background within account management and also have experience of being a Supervisor / Team Leader. Whilst this role will not involve cold calling, you will be expected to maintain and develop relationships with clients, maximising all opportunities for further business.

This is a full time role with working hours of 8:30am – 5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a small but growing team of staff to maximise their development and potential.
- Monthly management reports.
- Take responsibility for the retentions process and actively look to maintain the client base.
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations and resolve invoicing queries as necessary and provide to clients in a time bound manner.
- Act as initial point of contact for new and existing clients, via telephone, post and email, ensuring all requirements are acted upon as a priority, with accurate information being provided at all times.
- Maintain records, communications and tasks relating to contract end dates and projects, ensuring renewal arrangements are completed in good time.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with all clients and suppliers, actively seeking to forge new partnerships at all times.
- Maintain liaisons with all other departments in order to provide optimum understanding and co-operation.
- Look for ways to reduce client costs.
- Compile budgets and conversation measure costs.
- Demonstrate behaviour that is professional, ethical and responsible, and serve as a role model for all colleagues and staff.
- Maintain an active role in all company marketing plans and activities.
- Regularly schedule client meetings and corporate entertainment/events.
- Take an active and informed role in all platforms set for discussion on product and business development.
