This is a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing/Graphic Design Graduate who is seeking an opportunity to embark on a career within Marketing and has the confidence to work within a fast paced environment.
The successful candidate will be a creative graphic designer, who can maintain and edit websites, is familiar with social media platforms and who is also a proficient user of Adobe Suite and Mac Software. They will also be an articulate communicator, who is highly motivated and has a real and genuine passion for marketing.
Responsibilities
- Support the Sales & Marketing Director by assisting with the day to day marketing activities
- Supporting the sales team and distributors
- Support the business in creating, managing and delivering marketing campaigns across all platforms
- Manage the product and image library, organising for new product photography
- Support the organisations marketing and events
- Writing engaging social media content for all campaigns
- Research market trends and competitor activity
- Carry out ad-hoc marketing administrative duties
- Develop and execute marketing plans including exhibitions, advertisements, literature, direct mail, website development, product launches, conferences, golf days, overseas incentives, events, videos, press launches and CPD presentation development
- Work closely with the relevant sales team when implementing strategies and communicate ROI via the CRM system
- Manage the brand identities (through offline, online and social media communications) of all systems and products
- Attend relevant meetings - taking minutes and circulate actions
- Organise monthly reports for all brands to include, marketing activities, press cuttings and related media exposure, web enquires and social media activity, telemarketing performance and campaign specific performance
- Manage the relevant Marketing budget in a prudent and professional manner, raising purchase orders/signing invoices.
