We are excited to be working on behalf of a very well-established organisation who are currently recruiting for a HR Generalist to join their Harlow office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic company who are a market leader in their field.
The successful candidate will provide a wide range of HR duties to support Line Managers and Senior Management across the business. You will be the first point of contact for all HR issues and be effective in proactively managing and prioritising their own workload.Company Benefits

Responsibilities of the HR Generalist:
- Manage all aspects of HR Administration in accordance with the requirements of the business and in line with data protection and employment legislation
- Provide operational support and guidance on performance improvement, disciplinary action, grievance, absence to Management
- Undertake disciplinaries, employment reviews and exit interviews
- Undertake first stage of the recruitment process
- Manage relationship with Recruitment Agencies
- Filter CV’s and manage recruitment platforms
- First point of contact for employees and Managers when it comes to end to end HR policies and procedures
- Onboarding new recruitment via online portal
- Management and overview of Performance Management software
- HR Reporting involving metrics and KPI’s
- Communicate with teams across the UK – occasional travel to various sites across the UK required
- Grow and develop HR presence
Key Skills and Competencies Required:
- Self-starter as standalone role
- Effective communicator who is able to adapt their style to those they encounter
- Level 5 CIPD Qualified or above
- Generalist HR experience
- Experience of project work implementation of new software
- Excellent attention to detail
- Familiarity with HR and KPI metrics
- Knowledge of employment legislation and HR policies and procedures
- Extensive interpersonal and influencing skills
- Empathetic and supportive manner
- Clean UK driving licence
