As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for the smooth running of client interaction.
You will handle all customer queries via phone and email, process orders and ensure customers recieve their orders on time.
The successful candidate will be driven, have excellent attention to detail and will be willing to learn and develop on existing skills as training will be provided.
Duties include:
Processing a high volume of customer orders
Collating sales data
Upsell where necessary
Increase sales with existing clients
Generate new business
Liaise with other departments
You will have:

Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
