We are currently working with a highly reputable business who are looking for an experienced Customer Service and Sales Advisor to join their friendly offices.
In this role, you will work within a busy department dedicated to providing a high level of customer service to clients. You will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and be able to build long lasting relationships with customers at all levels. Our client is offering a competitive salary dependent on experience.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service and Sales Adviso
As Customer Services Advisor, you will provide accurate and efficient product and service support to the client base and resolve any emerging problems that customers might face. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer enquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include:
- Daily management of customers’ accounts via incoming/outgoing calls and email enquiries
- Identify Upsell/Cross Selling opportunities
- Retain client accounts
- Website design
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with our customers through open and interactive communication and delivering positives
- Go the extra mile to achieve increased customer satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Possess excellent communication and presentation skills
- As a Customer Service Advisor, you may be required to undertake other duties or work at additional or other addresses from time to time as we may reasonably require meeting the needs of the business.
Key Skills and Competencies
- Customer Service experience highly desirable
- A confident and polite telephone manner is required for this role
