PHP Laravel Web Developer
Full Time / Part Time: Full Time
Location: Safron Warden
Salary: £25k-£40k (Depending on experience)
Working hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm (Flexible hours and remote working will be available after probation period)
Description
Are you an experienced PHP Developer with experience in the Laravel framework? looking for a new challenge within a fast paced, rapidly growing, professional company?
As our PHP Developer you will report into our Ecommerce Manager
You will be experienced in dealing with complex website development projects, as you will be playing an integral part in the redevelopment of our existing website platform. You will need a passion for web development and innovation and be a driving force behind continual improvements to the website platform.
This is a hands on role and will suit a motivated individual who has a positive outlook and natural interest in web development & programming.
Core Duties
- Work with the ecommerce team / development agency on the continuous development of the website.
- Ensuring all new code releases to the website have been extensively tested and take responsibility for adding them to the live environment.
- Collaborating with the ecommerce manager to define ongoing development roadmap and innovations for website.
- Working alongside our existing development agency on the redevelopment of current website.
- Continuously working to improve website load time to agreed targets
- Integrating Website with third-party APIs
- Maintain Website Servers and develop close relationship with hosting provider ( Rackspace )
- Fixing website related issues as required
- Keep up need to date with the latest technology and development techniques.
Key Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience ideally in an ecommerce environment.

- Any Front End development skills would be highly advantageous
