- Description
We are looking for immediate administrative cover in our External Quality and Assessment Services department to start as soon as possible until March 2021.
The role will be to provide administrative and general support to the End Point Assessment Team, handling enquiries efficiently and effectively in line with company processes and support them with tasks and activities enabling them to retain approved EPAO status. You will also have responsibility to cover the Apprenticeship Certification as and when required.
Duties will include:
- Process centre approvals and ensure all centres have signed EPA contracts for the Apprenticeship standards for which they are engaged.
- Supply accurate data as required to ensure that agreed Membership status is successfully implemented to learners, centre registrations to assist with forecasting EPA delivery requirements and dates and to the End Point Assessment bookings to ensure all centres are invoiced correctly for the services provided.
- Carry out the end to end administration process for End Point Assessment bookings including pre requisite checks for scheduled EPA Assessments in line with assessment plan requirements, and ensuring certificates are claimed as appropriate.
- Support the End Point Assessment Co-ordinator and EPA Managers with potential EPA assessor applications ensuring initial holding responses are sent and applications are filed.
- Support the End Point Assessment Co-ordinator, by working with approved centres and EPA Assessors, to ensure all EPA events are delivered in line with the EPA Contracts.
- Support approved centres with EPA registration and booking system queries for all EPA products.
- Provide administrative support including raising purchase orders and invoices, arranging meetings, monitoring and maintaining EPA enquires via mailboxes etc.
- Support EPA booking system and suggest system changes or updates to streamline services.
- Support enquiries and provide advice and guidance on EPA Services systems.
- Process Apprenticeship certification claims, verity evidence received with claims to ensure the requirements of Apprenticeships are met, taking account of certification requirement in all four nations within the UK.
- Checks content of documentation meets the requirements of the company and regulatory bodies
- Respond accurately and in a timely manner to queries relating to the Apprenticeship certification, both written and verbally.
- Provide admin support for future applications for EPAO approval.
- Assist in the review and development of EPA Assessment Service's processes.
Person Specification:
- Good IT and Data Entry skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to plan activity and manage time effectively
- Accurate and high level of attention to detail
- Self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and as well as part of a team
- Full driving licence preferred
