Mosaic Recruitment are delighted to be working with an employer of choice who are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join their friendly offices.
My client is looking for an experienced Administrator to provide full support to a busy department and to coordinate all UK Marketing activities. You will proactively increase online activity as well as social media campaigns.You will be entitled to:

Administration Support Responsibilities:
- Assist with all budgeting for the department
- Support the Divisional Manager with any adhoc duties
- Process all expenses on behalf of Senior Management
- Extensive diary management for the team
- Organise all travel and accommodation, ensuring budget controls are adhered to
- Organise monthly team meetings
- Presentation and meeting preparation
- Process all invoices
- Ordering of office stationary
- Support of audits to ensure timely deadlines are met
- Generate report for HR relating to attendance and filing of relevant paperwork
- Respond to all general enquiries on behalf of the office
Marketing Support Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and measure marketing plans and budget
- Liaise and manage the relationship with design and print agencies
- Maintain UK website and social media activity – managing campaigns and reviewing visitor figures and reports
- Produce press releases and case studies with PR agency for on time product launches
- Manage internal communications such as newsletters and intranet updates
- GDPR management
- Ordering of promotional goods
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Previous Administration experience required
- An understanding of Marketing plans, online campaigns and management of social media platforms
- Good attention to detail
- SAP knowledge highly desirable
- Previous experience of organising customer events
