Do you have solid Customer Service and Administrative support experience?
Mosaic Recruitment are currently looking for an efficient and organised Customer Care Executive who will act as the interface between our client's customers and several internal departments.
Key duties for the Customer Service Executive;
Deliver the required level of Customer Service
Process customer orders
Deal with general enquiries
Keep customers updated on their order
Monitor sales reports
Resolve credit issues that may arise when an order is placed.
Liaise with accounts, purchasing and operational
Deal with queries regarding stock and pricing
Deal with customer complaints appropriately
Work to procedures outlined for your specific job role
The ideal candidate will have
Organisation skills
Flexibility
Accuracy and attention to detail
IT Literate – Experience with SAGE and Lotus Notes an advantage
Effective communication skills
Initiative and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and be self sufficient
