Mosaic Recruitment are currently working with a well-established organisation in Harlow who looking for an Office Administrator to support them on a temporary basis through a busy period. This role is expected to last for 4 weeks. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the office and completing all administrative duties. Responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the first point of contact for any incoming enquiries 
• Responding to emails in a timely manner
• Photocopying, filing and archiving documents 
• Completing adhoc duties as requested by team
