We are currently recruiting for a rapidly expanding business who are seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join their friendly offices in Harlow, Essex.
Due to on-going success, this well-established company are looking for an Administrator to provide support to their busy Sales and Logistics divisions.
Our client are well-established in their field with an excellent reputation. They pride themselves on their close-knit and supportive working environment and really look after their staff. As part of our Sales team you will be responsible for providing support to the Sales Manager by being a proactive member of the team. You will need to be comfortable with dealing directly with customers, be highly organised and you will need to have excellent customer service skills.
You will work Monday – Thursday between the hours of 9:00am – 5:30pm and 9:00am – 5:00pm on a Friday.- Free parking

Responsibilities of Sales Support Administrator
- Generation and processing of sales contracts and invoices
- Allocation and removal of stock (for orders)
- Production of documentation for the Transport and Warehouse Dept’s (Inc. delivery, collection and picking notes) and associated documentation in relation to sales orders
- Actively chasing debt (cash customers) owed to the business via telephone, letter and email
- Dealing with any customer queries in an efficient manner via telephone, letter and email
- Acting as a first point of contact for the company and providing a high level of service at all times
- Adhoc duties as requested by the Sales Manager
Key Skills and Competencies
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a relevant role
- Experience in an Accountancy/Finance role is highly advantageous
- Possess excellent IT skills, notably Microsoft Excel and Word
- Previous experience of using Safe 50/Insphire highly desirable
- Excellent communicator, both verbal and written
- Effective problem solver
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure
- Able to prioritise workload
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
