Mosaic Recruitment are excited to be representing a successful manufacturing organisation based in Hoddesdon.
We are on the lookout for a driven and motivated Business Development Coordinator who is ambitious and wants a role they can make their own.
You will be responsible for contacting new and existing customers and track all new sales leads on the CRM.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in new business development.
Key responsibilities:
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service we offer.
- Answering questions about products or the company.
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and gathering project updates.
- Enter and update customer information on CRM.
- Qualifying sales leads; contacting all in-coming leads generated and determining as well as carrying out appropriate strategy for action.
- Following-up quotations; making contact with organisations with a view to converting quotes to sales orders.
- Identifying major projects to target using tender system provided; researching and managing process in conjunction with Project Engineers and coordinating appropriate action plans.
- Assisting with marketing analysis and reporting; by identifying the measures required for improving the sales development process and activity.
- Creating and maintaining monthly performance reports and statistics to demonstrate the Project Centre’s key activities, achievements and successes.
- Ensure familiarity with the product range, the Customer Service Procedure Manual and the companies Quality and Health and Safety policy and procedures.
- To be proficient in the use of Visual CRM & Salesforce.
- Ensure that you understand and are familiar with your responsibilities and duties as contained within the Company’s Quality manual and Health and Safety Procedures and apply them and ensure others apply them under your care.
- Undertake such additional tasks and duties as may be required by your Manager.
