Mosaic Recruitment are excited to be representing a successful manufacturing organisation based in Hoddesdon.
We are on the lookout for a Sales Coordinator/Order processor that is ambitious and willing to learn.
In this role you will be responsible for dealing with all inbound quotations and other customer requests. You will be able to work under pressure and ensure a high level of accuracy and professionalism at all times.
Key responsibilities
- Deal professionally with quotation enquiries ensuring timely processing and that accurate information is used.
- Raise supporting documentation as and when required.
- Prioritise and constantly check your own work to ensure that errors are kept to an absolute minimum.
- To ensure accurate online filing, archiving and retrieval of documents as and when necessary.
- To react in a timely fashion to internal and external customer requests.
- To accurately log and pass messages as required to other team members.
- Ensure the customer is fully informed of any changes or revisions to their order.
- To carry out any other reasonable requests from a manager or director.
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, will be confident with numbers as some quotations can be quite complex and be ambitious to progress your career.
