We have a new opportunity available for a Customer Product Manager / Project Manager for our client who are based in Harlow.
The successful candidate will have a proven background in customer product / proposition and also have project management experience. You will also have worked at board level, with the ability to report and articulate plans. You will be educated to degree level, have strong written and verbal communication skills along with evidence of project management training i.e. PRINCE 2.
This role will involve looking at existing programs and assessing their suitability and also looking at further products / inittaives that could be introduced and will be beneficial to customers.
Due to recent and continuing expansion, this is a newly created role and will be a 12 – 18 month contract so ideally you will be available immediately and be able to commit to that time period.

Key responsibilities;
Identifying and creating customer propositions:
• Identify new customer propositions by researching and understanding the current and future needs of customers
• Undertake feasibility studies of potential ideas and work them up into outline plans for consideration
• Utilise customer research and feedback to improve the customer experience and ensure that the wants and needs of customers are acted upon
• Challenge all processes that impact our customers – driving change to deliver continuous improvement
• Develop creative solutions to meet the needs of our customers and our strategic ambitions
• Facilitate engaging sessions with colleagues across the business to develop creative solutions and propositions
• Ensure improvements to the customer journey are fit for purpose whilst ensuring commercial viability
• Influence key stakeholders, staff and external parties to support the delivery of the proposition
• Use data (both quantitative and qualitative) to demonstrate the positive commercial impact of initiatives
Project Management:
• Take ownership of the project management and implementation of new and improved customer propositions
• Write compelling and robust project proposals and detailed business cases
• Manage all project-related risks and dependencies
• Work with other teams across the business to plan for the successful implementation of projects
• Plan and manage piloting of new ideas and propositions – adopting a flexible approach that learns along the way
• Able to prioritise and manage multiple complex responsibilities efficiently and accurately
• Ability to engage, manage and influence key stakeholders
• Develop and manage project-related budgets and spend
