Mosaic Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a fantastic organisation based near to Ware, Hertfordshire. Our client are looking for an experienced and motivated Marketing Administrator to join their friendly offices. This is a fabulous opportunity for someone with relevant Marketing experience to really develop and make the role their own.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing the marketing strategy through all communication channels alongside the Operations Director to raise the profile of the business as well as the engagement with clients.

- Excellent hours: Monday – Friday between 9am – 4.30pm

Responsibilities of the Marketing Assistant:
- Managing all social media profiles on behalf of the business, including the creation and posting of content
- Preparing and communicating targeted marketing campaigns to lapsed and prospective clients
- Prepare press releases
- Source and manage content for all company publications
- Manage the maintenance of the company website, ensuring content remains current and relevant
- Manage all mailing and surveys using MailChimp, Text Marketer and Survey Monkey
- Analysing and reviewing campaign results and supporting with future marketing campaigns
- Attendance at relevant conferences, exhibitions and events when required
- Administrative duties on behalf of the Marketing dept.
- Any other ad-hoc duties required as instructed by the Operations Director
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent administrative skills and previous experience using Microsoft Office
- Good attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport with clients
- Good communication skills, both verbally and written
- Must be flexible and willing to cover workload in the event of holiday or sickness
