I am pleased to be working alongside our successful and top performing client who are based in Harlow.
We are looking for a HR Assistant who is ambitious, self-motivated and passionate about delivering a first class HR service. You will be highly organised with the ability to multi task and prioritise your workload.

The working hours are 8:30am – 3:30pm, 39 weeks per year and this will initially be a fixed term contract until August 2020.
Key duties of the HR Assistant;
- To assist the HR Team to provide a high quality HR service to all academies in the trust in line with policies and procedures and undertaking daily HR tasks such as updating employee records, maintaining HR related databases and other general administrative duties.
- To provide effective HR administrative support for all central employed staff, from recruitment and on boarding, through induction, probation, employment and leavers processes in accordance with policies.
- To provide confidential, secretarial and organisational support for the HR team and Senior Managers as required, including providing assistance in managing day to day queries, liaising with external agencies as appropriate, conducting pre-employment checks, and associated administration to assist the smooth running of the HR Office.
- To populate and manipulate a range of HR data to produce reports as required to a variety of audiences.
- To provide effective administrative and general HR service to HR colleagues and service users.
- Maintain an effective working relationships with Managers and employees at all levels.
