Mosaic Recruitment are currently looking for an organised Office Administrator/Manager for our well established client based in Harlow.
Your role is to ensure the smooth running of the business which will include working closely with the directors of the business, keeping all company compliance up to date and general administrative tasks as and when the team requires.
The successful candidate will be proactive, flexible, be able to work on their own initiative and be willing to take on new responsibilities.
Duties:
You will be the face of company, dealing with customers over the phone and face to face
Dealing with queries/complaints
Diary Management for the director
Petty cash
Office supplies and stationary
Fleet Management
You will be required to keep all company compliance/accreditations up to date
All office administration/filing
Ad hoc duties as and when required
You will have strong IT and communication skills and be confident when communicating with customers.
A driving license and own vehicle is required due to the office location.
