Mosaic Recruitment are looking for a Sales Order Processor to join an established manufacturing company based in Harlow to cover a 9 month maternity contract.
Your role will be to upload all orders onto the system, liaise with internal staff and customers to ensure a smooth service and delivery of goods within the agreed service level.
Duties:
Process orders
Liaise with manufacturing and dispatch team to ensure goods are sent within specified time frame
Liaise with couriers
Daily invoicing of dispatched goods
Handle all enquiries and complaints from customers
Ensure internal databases are updated
Use of SAP
Monitoring email accounts
The successful candidate will be confident, able to work under pressure to tight deadlines and be willing to learn.
You will have great accuracy and attention to detail, be IT literate and have excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
