We are currently working with a fantastic organisation who are looking for a HR and ER Administrator to join their offices on the outskirts of Harlow. This is a part-time position.
The successful candidate will be on hand to deliver the full range of human resource services and manage the organisational compliance for all HR related matters.
You will work a 22.5 hour week between Wednesday and Friday and be entitled to the following benefits:

Key Responsibilities:- Act as the first point of contact for all HR related queries
- Work closely with departmental manager to monitor, research, review and update all policies in line with current legislation and best practice
- Provide an advisory service to employees ensuring that they are fully aware of their rights and entitlements
- Manage staff relationships, promptly respond to queries and manage expectations
- Ensure HR matters are handled fairly and consistently in line with legal and company requirements
- With the support your line manager, take ownership of the full cycle of grievance, disciplinary and capability investigations and hearings
- Work in partnership with line managers on performance management, employee relations, resourcing and staff management/development
- Complete all administrative duties relating to HR and Health and Safety
Key Skills and Attributes:
