We have an exciting opportunity that has become available for a well-regarded and successful company based in Harlow.
Our client can offer you a competitive salary and benefits along with an excellent working environment, thorough training and support. This is a full time position (37.5hours) and there is free parking on site.
The successful candidate will have a proven background in customer services, ideally within a support role and have a background that has involved logistics and a high level of organisation. You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have good communication and listening skills with the ability to make decisions and work on your own initiative.
You will also need to have a good working knowledge of Excel as the scheduling and reporting is done via this function.
Key duties;
- Carry out all functions relating to the external team’s schedule and all logistical requirements i.e. accommodation, travel etc.
- Ensure that all records are up to date and with the company policy.
- To support all of the Managers in preparing reports.
- To provide general administrative support as required.
- To provide an impressive level of service in line with company and departmental principles and standards.
