Duties

• Managing the end to end recruitment process for high volumes of staff
• Proactively planning, managing and monitoring all recruitment activity
• Reviewing and monitoring advertising methods, ensuring that all mediums have been explored
• Sourcing and selection of candidates utilising both traditional and innovative methods
• Building a pipe line of candidates, engaging candidates throughout their journey
• Promoting the client professionally
• Seeking and implementing continual improvements for both candidates and the client
• Working in partnership with Hiring Managers to harmonise recruitment processes and support them in the recruitment journey
• Conducting interviews independently and supporting Hiring Managers

• Relationship builder who is friendly and personable and who can liaise confidently at all levels
• Professional, persuasive and influential, able to negotiate successful outcomes

• Analytical to continually monitor results and make decisions for future recruitment methods, campaigns and advertising mediums
