We are hoping to get someone on board quickly, so we are seeking candidates who are available immediately or with a short notice period.
Duties
- Managing the end to end recruitment process for high volumes of staff
- Proactively planning, managing and monitoring all recruitment activity
- Reviewing and monitoring advertising methods, ensuring that all mediums have been explored
- Sourcing and selection of candidates utilising both traditional and innovative methods
- Building a pipe line of candidates, engaging candidates throughout their journey
- Promoting the client professionally
- Seeking and implementing continual improvements for both candidates and the client
- Working in partnership with Hiring Managers to harmonise recruitment processes and support them in the recruitment journey
- Conducting interviews independently and supporting Hiring Managers
Person Specification
- Dynamic, energetic, enthusiastic and resourceful Recruiter who can demonstrate a successful track record recruiting high volumes of staff
- Relationship builder who is friendly and personable and who can liaise confidently at all levels
- Professional, persuasive and influential, able to negotiate successful outcomes
- Self-motivated and resourceful
- Analytical to continually monitor results and make decisions for future recruitment methods, campaigns and advertising mediums
- Seeks continual improvement
- Available immediately or with a short notice period
