Mosaic Recruitment are pleased to be working on behalf of a growing, reputable company based in Harlow, Essex.

We are currently working with a fantastic company who are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join their growing team. The ability to speak multiple languages is highly desirable.

Responsibilities of the Sales Support Administrator:

  • Act as first point of contact for incoming enquiries via telephone, email and face to face
  • Participate in liaison with European clients via telephone and email
  • Assist the internal and external sales team of by providing office based sales support and administration
  • Ensure the in-house system is updated regularly and well-maintained with customer information
  • Ensure pricing and product data is continuously accurate
  • Advise external colleagues of sales leads and assist them in keeping track of sales targets
  • Process orders and follow entire process from initial quote to delivery of product/service
  • Upsell where possible and advise of new product availability
  • Participate in product training to be able to make suitable product recommendations  
  • Provide and send sample requests when required
  • Assist Marketing dept. with marketing collateral when required
  • Liaise closely with other internal departments
  • Complete all administration on behalf of the department and field sales team
  • To cover and complete other ad-hoc requests when required

Full training will be required.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • A clear communicator, both verbally and written (face to face communication desirable)
  • Strong time-management and organisational skills
  • A team-player who is able to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Proactive approach to working
  • Ability to prioritise and demonstrate excellent attention to detail
  • IT literate, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A candidate who speaks multiple languages would be highly desirable
