Mosaic Recruitment are pleased to be working on behalf of a growing, reputable company based in Harlow, Essex.
We are currently working with a fantastic company who are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join their growing team. The ability to speak multiple languages is highly desirable.

Responsibilities of the Sales Support Administrator:
- Act as first point of contact for incoming enquiries via telephone, email and face to face
- Participate in liaison with European clients via telephone and email
- Assist the internal and external sales team of by providing office based sales support and administration
- Ensure the in-house system is updated regularly and well-maintained with customer information
- Ensure pricing and product data is continuously accurate
- Advise external colleagues of sales leads and assist them in keeping track of sales targets
- Process orders and follow entire process from initial quote to delivery of product/service
- Upsell where possible and advise of new product availability
- Participate in product training to be able to make suitable product recommendations
- Provide and send sample requests when required
- Assist Marketing dept. with marketing collateral when required
- Liaise closely with other internal departments
- Complete all administration on behalf of the department and field sales team
- To cover and complete other ad-hoc requests when required
Full training will be required.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- A clear communicator, both verbally and written (face to face communication desirable)
- Strong time-management and organisational skills
- A team-player who is able to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and customers
- Able to work on own initiative
- Proactive approach to working
- Ability to prioritise and demonstrate excellent attention to detail
- IT literate, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel
- A candidate who speaks multiple languages would be highly desirable
