Mosaic Recruitment are looking for a temporary Facilities Maintenance Officer to join our well established client based in Harlow.
You will be joining a friendly team where you will be supporting the Facilities department with day-to-day maintenance duties. These tasks will include practical duties such as setting up meeting rooms, moving, dismantling and building office furniture, restocking copier machines/emptying recycling bins, escorting contractors through the building and other ad hoc duties when required.
The successful candidate MUST have a full clean driving license as you will be required to drive the pool car daily.
The hours are Monday – Friday 2pm to 6.30pm however you must be flexible and able to assist with the shift starting from 12 on occasions to cover other staff. (Notice will be provided).
You will have basic IT skills; being able to monitor/respond to emails and update the facilities system.
