Duties:

• Liaising with clients and taking briefs and job specifications
• Dealing with any issues or problems
• Carrying out site visits, initially this will be as an assistant 
• Organising specialist contractors to carry out work on projects
• Ordering equipment and ensuring that it arrives on time to complete projects
• Managing all project documents effectively
• Working with ISO 9001 systems and ensuring that processes are managed in accordance to procedure
• Ensuring that company vehicles are maintained 
• Issuing quotations
