We have a new opportunity available for our client who are based in Bishop’s Stortford.
Previous administrative / telephone experience would be ideal but this would also be an excellent role for someone looking to develop their skills within an office environment. Full training will be given and they can provide an excellent working environment and learning opportunities. The company can also offer a performance related bonus scheme.
The successful candidate will need to have excellent accuracy and attention to detail, be reliable, hardworking, with the ability to pick us tasks quickly. You will have a good standard of numeracy and literacy, be assertive and confident, and be able to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
The working hours for this role are 9am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Free parking is available.
Key responsibilities;
• Provide first line support to internal teams.
• Check new client documents.
• Update CRM as required, with accuracy.
• Complete document checklist and report to internal teams.
• Ensure banking details are updated correctly.
• Manage payments to Suppliers/Introducers.
• Carry out ad hoc facilities tasks as directed, Identify areas of self – development and continuous improvement.
Measures of good performance;
• Enter details on Capitalise/CRM with attention to detail
• Communication skills
