- Description
We are currently working with a very well-established client in Hatfield who are looking for a part-time Marketing Co-ordinator to join them on a 6-month contract.
In this role, the successful candidate will support a busy Marketing Department, building relationships with customers and also providing a first class administrative support.
The working pattern for this role will be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between the hours of 9am – 5pm.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries, owning and resolving daily via phone and/or email
- Provide administrative support for all Marketing activities
- Maintain a close working relationship with all of our clients
- Monitor and action incoming marketing communications
- Process new customer applications
- Manage clothing and promotional goods orders
- Process claims and credits
- Coding of invoices
- Maintain the database and ensure it is regularly updated
- Comply with all internal administrative procedures
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Previous customer service experience is essential
- Must be IT literate and competent user of Microsoft packages such as Outlook and Word
- Must be positive, resilient and personable by nature
- Be an excellent communicator, both verbal and written
- Have excellent time management, multi-tasking skills and ability to meet deadlines set
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to use own initiative
- Strong organisational skills
- Able to work effectively both individually and as part of a team
