We are working with a globally recognised organisation who are currently recruiting for a temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Manchester. This will be a long-term position that we envisage lasting until the end of January 2020.
Joining this well-established company, you will be responsible for providing support for the Site Team and ensure all documentation relating to site visits is updated regularly.
You will work Monday – Friday between 9am – 5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer requests for site visits
- Scheduling site visits
- Validating site visits
- Invoicing customers for site visits
- Liaising with engineers on site visit bookings
- Handling customer queries and requests for service and maintenance contracts
- Assisting homeowners with issues and queries via the helpline
- Ensuring site visits reports are submitted on time
- Ensuring all site visits are recorded on the system
- Assist engineers on any site visit issue
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Proven experience within the industry is required
- IT Literate and competent user of Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel and word)
- Excellent Attention to Detail
- Excellent time management, multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines set
- Ability to manage day-to-day individual workload
- Excellent business sense, commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Ability to work using initiative and work under pressure
- Excellent and professional communication skills (both written and verbal)
