We are working with a local organisation who have an excellent opportunity for an Engagement and Student Membership Support Officer.  The role will focus on supporting interested individuals, Student Members and Centres throughout their life association with the organisation.  Supporting a broad spectrum of customers you will act as first point of contact to support centres and promote the student membership and careers and deliver a greater visibility of the benefits of being part of the community.

Duties will include:

• Support development of local opportunities for young people with a destination of unemployment by sourcing Apprenticeships, job vacancies and work experience placements for student members
• Support the importance of Professional Register and Professional standards
• Support development and monitoring of on-line promotional campaigns
• Research articles, content, trends, sector and careers information to share with student members and the general public
• Delivery of agreed campaigns to convert student members to Registered Young professional
• Activation of scheduled engagement activities over a 12 month period
• Support the development and production of month communications to audiences.
