We are looking for a Part Time Candidate Resourcer to join our friendly and successful team. This role will initially be on a temporary basis to support one of our client contracts.

We are looking for someone to work 25 hours per week Monday to Friday and the role will predominately involve sourcing candidates from major job boards, responding to applications and calling candidates to pre-qualify them prior to arranging an face to face registrations. You will build a relationship with our client and act as the first point of contact with regards to recruitment along with one of our established consultants.  You will also be mindful of other roles available and source candidates where appropriate working alongside the very well established team.

We would like someone who is pro-active in their approach and come up with ideas of sourcing candidates via networking and other means.

Your job will involve the following tasks:

Sourcing and calling and pre-qualifying candidates

Registering face to face, creating profiles and updating on the system

Submitting CV’s to client and arranging interviews; assisting and advising candidates through the process

Marketing/Networking

Account Support Duties

Answering calls

Key Skills Required

Previous experience in agency or internal recruitment would be beneficial

Ability to communicate with clients & candidates

Pro-active and positive Attitude
