Description

We are currently working with a fantastic and innovative company who are looking for an Account Manager to join their lovely office in Hertford.

We are looking for an organised and outgoing individual who is a great communicator and multi-tasker to enjoy our fast-paced environment. In this role, you will liaise with a number of different departments, clients and suppliers. You will be professional, confident and a team player who is able to think on their feet and use their initiative to help keep projects on track.  This role will suit someone with a minimum of one years’ office experience looking for their next challenge.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the day to day running of existing client accounts
  • Deal with client communication in a prompt and efficient manner, meeting the requests of valued customers
  • Build and sustain relationships with client base, ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided
  • Liaise with clients and coordinate internal departments regarding new projects
  • Communicate regularly with other offices to support any ongoing work
  • Assist with the briefing and management of technical projects
  • Assist with the development of internal marketing materials
  • Attend client meetings with senior colleagues
  • Attend regular internal meetings with other departments regularly to progress projects
  • Prepare client facing quotes/proposals/presentations
  • Draft contracts when required
  • Prepare orders on behalf of client base
  • Provide reports to clients for various purposes such as system audits and content schedules
  • Prepare client facing documents
  • Maintain the database and ensure they are regularly updated

Key Skills and Competencies

  • You will have experience of working in a busy office environment
  • You will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
  • You will have strong Microsoft skills and be computer literate
  • You will have heaps of personality and creative flair
  • You will ideally be educated to degree level
