The successful candidate will ideally have previous office experience and be confident on the telephone.
The individual must also be detailed focused with the ability to multitask while remain committed to delivering a first class service proposition to our client base. Working as part of the administration team, it is important that the individual can be self-reliant and adaptable.
Key duties;
Send cheques to bank
Phone calls from suppliers/sales/customers
General queries
Upgrade and settlement quotes including letters
Copy of doc / VAT schedule
Change of DD/ terms of lease queries
Match remits and email to suppliers
Scanning and sending files to Investec
Manual invoices
Reporting
Post
Self-Billing
Adding files to CRM
Verbal delivery checks
Completing support tickets on in house CRM system
