We currently have an exciting opportunity to join a growing and well-established organisation in Hatfield as an Account Manager.
My client is looking for an ambitious, dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join their busy department. They can offer you a salary of up to £24,000 per annum dependent on experience and you will also be eligible for the team bonus scheme which will be discussed at interview stage.
In this role, you will effectively manage your database of clients and actively try to increase their average spend through business development, key account management and engaging with new clients.
You will work Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm and be eligible for the following benefits:

Responsibilities of Account Manager:
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with your customer base by making regular contact
- Increase customer spend frequency by upselling and advising of product add-ons
- Be the main point of contact for yours customers and their enquiries
- Cost and send customer quotes as well as actively follow-up
- Approach new but relevant clients when required – network and build your customer base
- Ensure your customer database is well maintained and regularly updated
- Maintaining regular contact external parties to ensure no issue with delivery of product
- Assist with customer delivery and order queries such as arrangement of replacement orders and/or returns
- Achieve all sales targets set
Previous Experience and Competencies of Account Manager:
- Customer service experience is essential
- IT literate and competent user of all Microsoft packages
- Self-motivated, driven, personable and resourceful
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to use own initiative
- Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills
