- Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Administrator to join a progressive and dynamic organisation to assist with a HR project which will involve assisting with the administration for a system upgrade. It is essential for this role that you have had previous experience of working with a computerised HR system.
- Data input, data checks and contract salary updates
- Supporting and administering bulk data uploads, including absence and diversity data
- Supporting the creation and updating of shift patterns
- Responding to queries via the HR inbox
- Cleansing in accordance with the GDPR policy
- Liaising with Managers within the various business units in the business relating to GDPR compliance
- Uploading core personal files e.g. contracts of employment, promotions and correspondence
- Supporting the roll out of new HR workflows and processes, particularly in terms of any data input
- Assisting in the auditing and checking of the data /data fields
- Assisting in the closure and archiving of any manual records
- Maintenance of electronic filing systems
Person specification
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Confident in dealing with people via the telephone and in person
- Ambitious, enthusiastic and self-motivated
Knowledge and skills: essential
- HR Systems experience
- IT literate with experience in using Microsoft systems and proficiency with databases
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, ability to prioritise workloads
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to utilise initiative and work independently without supervision
Qualifications: desirable- Previous experience working within a HR or Recruitment department
- CIPD membership
