Mosaic Recruitment are looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to join our client based in Harlow.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a similar role and will be confident that you can hit the ground running.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

• Processing sales and purchase invoices
• Dealing with any financial related customer queries
• Taking credit card payments
• Chase outstanding invoices
• Ensuring all customer accounts are fully allocated and reconciled
• Collate payroll information to be submitted weekly and monthly
• Process CIS payments
• VAT returns
• Filing

Key Skills

• You must have experience with Sage 50.
• A resilient, confident and proactive individual with bundles of enthusiasm
• Well organised
• A flexible member of the team
• Support other members of the department with their work activities

This role is full time working Monday – Friday.
