We have a fantastic opportunity for a personable and confident Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly and sociable team, the role will initially be offered on a temporary basis and is likely to become permanent within three months.
Our client are well-established and offer a service to an extensive portfolio of high profile clients. They pride themselves on their close-knit team and supportive working environment.
As a Customer Service Advisor, your main responsibility will be to handle all incoming enquiries via telephone and email whilst supporting a team to maximise opportunites and revenue.
You will work Monday – Thursday between the hours of 9:00am – 5:30pm and 9:00am – 5:00pm on a Friday. Our client is offering a salary of £18,000 - £20,000 per annum (plus quarterly bonus).

Responsibilities of the Sales and Customer Service Advisor
- Providing support to the Sales Manager
- Act as first point of contact for all incoming enquiries via email and telephone
- Ascertain customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services
- Understanding the needs of the customer whilst taking into account the needs of the company
- Process quotes on behalf of customer
- Actively follow-up all quotes sent, gaining feedback from customer
- Process orders and regularly update customer on current status
- Regularly checking database for stock levels
- Maintain regular contact with existing customer base by telephone
- Collecting information and updating and maintaining CRM database
- Resolve customer enquiries/queries in an effective, efficient and courteous manner
- Provide guidance and support on a range of company products and services
- Achieve KPI’s (Key Performance Indicator’s) to meet overall business goals and objectives
Full training will be provided.
