Mosaic Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join our client based in Waltham Abbey.
You will initially be responsible for processing customers’ orders and general administrative duties. Eventually you will look after your own key accounts. You will continually give exceptional customer service and deal with any issues that may arise.
You will work closely with field sales representatives as well as other internal departments to ensure smooth transactions for your customers.
Duties:
Handle enquiries on the phone and via email promptly, courteously and with excellent customer service.
Processing sales orders
Liaising with field sales reps
Follow up and generate new leads
Sending out quotes to new customers
Maintaining the CRM system
Working towards and reporting on KPIs and sales targets
Take responsibility for successful delivery of orders to customers
Managing complaints and customer service issues
Manage email accounts
Monitor and increase spend with your key account clients
The successful candidate will have outstanding attention to detail, experience in Sales Order Processing/Account Management and you will be available to start immediately.
