I have a new varied and challenging role that has become available for my successful client who are based in Dunmow.
They are seeking a confident and efficient Contracts Administrator to manage the daily administration for their contracts with clients.
The successful candidate will have the ability to use their own initiative, be very self-motivated and assertive. You will also be a good problem solver who is proactive and organised.
The working hours for this role are 8am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
The company can offer you 31 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays, private medical insurance, dental and eye care cover and life insurance.
Key duties for the Contracts Administrator;
Front line customer contact including general client enquiries, submitting and receiving client correspondence
Dealing with site personnel and engineer requests
Source and place orders for materials and equipment
Administration of documents and quotations
Maintain and monitor commercial and regulatory paperwork
Coordinate and maintain accurate communication records from site
General administration – document filing, letter typing, emailing, document submission
Cross training to provide administrative cover in other departments
