We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator for a small family business who are growing their business year on year.
The successful candidate will be dealing with clients, offering assistance and processing orders, personally they will keen, willing, flexible and personable and will want to become an integral to the success of the business. Hours will ideally be 9.00 am - 5.00 pm but the client could offer some flexibility on these hours. Due to location, you will need to have access to your own transport, free parking is available on site.
Responsibilities:
- Act as first point for the business for all incoming customer phone calls
- Assist with all enquiries and resolve as swiftly as possible
- Monitor email inbox and respond within agreed timescales
- Provide unfaltering customer service over the phone, online and face to face
- Process orders and provide confirmation to customer
- Assist with the dispatch of goods and update customer on delivery timescales
- General administration and upkeep of filing and archiving
- Data-entry and maintenance of database
- Adhoc duties as and when required
- Monitor email inbox and respond within agreed timescales
We are looking for a motivated, customer-orientated individual who is computer literate and able to multi-task and communicate clearly both verbally and written. If you are enthusiastic and organised then this could be the perfect role for you!
