We have a new and exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join a well established and fast growing organisation based in Croydon and be a part of a dynamic team with big aspirations and are passionate about everything they do!!
What does the role entail?
You will work in a team of 4 to ensure that all customers receive the highest levels of service possible. You will also look after and manage new account requests and support them through their first orders. You will report to the Customer Service Team Leader and work closely with various departments throughout the company.
Your responsibilities will include:- Delivering outstanding customer care by successfully responding to queries, showing your passion and dedication along the way
- Building a rapport with suppliers and couriers when raising investigations
- Liaising with the warehouse regarding stock queries
- Arranging for replacement goods to be sent to customers
- Assisting the returns department with booking collections and returns queries
- Raising courier claims and following through to completion
- Taking ownership of queries assigned to you and managing them through to completion
- Managing new account requests, checking they meet certain criteria, and setting them up correctly in the system
- Supporting new accounts through the ordering process, advising them of the services the company can offer
- Following up with new account customers, to see how their experience has been and if there is anything the company can do, to better support them
Person Specification:
- You will need a minimum of 2 years Customer Service exprience gained within an office/ call centre environment
- You will be a team player and have a desire to make a difference, in your development and within the business
- You will need the ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- You will be good at problem solving and able to handle complaint efficiently and professionally
- You will be passionate about delivering excellent customer care
- You will need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- You will be highly organised and good at prioritising your workload
- You will be required to have strong IT skills and the ability to pick new systems up quickly and with ease
- If you have experience of liaising with couriers, this will be highly advantageous
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 9:00am- 6:00pm
