Mosaic Recruitment are looking for a Sales Administrator to join a dynamic, progressive and expanding family run business, who are a leader in their field.
As a Sales Administrator you will be responsible for handling all incoming enquiries, liaise with internal and external staff to ensure a smooth service as well as other adhoc administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will have great attention to detail, be IT literate and have excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
This position is based in Harlow and the working hours are Monday to Friday 9-5pm. The salary for the position will be between £18,000-£20,000 dependant on experience.
Duties:
- Handle enquiries about products
- Provide quotations by phone and email
- Liaise with the showroom to ensure full details are provided with each order
- Liaise with subsidiary company and factory to ensure orders progress accurately and promptly
- Data entry – Sage Accounts
- Print notes, components lists, labels & collate
- Liaise with end customer, showroom, sales executive and fitters
- Arrange deliveries to site, showroom and fitters
- Update and maintain sales files
- Assist with accounts administration when necessary
It would be desirable if you have worked in a similar position before or in a retail sales office environment.
